This week we've decided to go over some of our online team games, and how they can help your teams to connect and boost their collaboration.
The common thread across all of our games is that they are built on behavioural science to strengthen communication, trust, and inclusivity. We turn simple, fun activities into data-driven team journeys.

Trivia Quiz - A Fast paced online team game that provides fun across a variety of topics.
Our Trivia Quiz is a reimagining of the classic. A pre-built quiz game made for ease of use. So instead of your leaders having to waste time finding the right quiz or making their own, they can invite the team to our Trivia Quiz instantly.
The questions are designed with inclusivity in mind, so the game will encourage everyone to take part in the fun!
Everyone is on camera on the platform, so there's no need to have a Zoom or Google Meet running alongside a quiz platform too.
Benefit Focus: The competitive, fast-paced nature of Trivia boosts quick collaboration and is an excellent icebreaker for new projects, helping teams learn to rely on each other's diverse knowledge.
Two Truths and a Lie - The classic icebreaker. Simple, revealing, and surprisingly competitive.
A great game for teams to quickly connect and have a laugh. Each participant writes 3 statements, two are true and one is a lie. Then the group has to go around and question each player to try to identify which of their statements is false.
The game is great for getting to know each other a bit more in a really fun setting, encouraging laughs, jokes and connection.
On Teem Camp, this online team game is made easy in a few ways. Firstly, during the statement writing stage, participants are shown example statements they could use. So if someone is struggling to think of ideas for their 3 statements, they have the inspiration right there.
This saves time organising the game too! Also, similar to the Trivia Quiz, everyone’s cameras and mics can be on for the game, so it is really easy for everyone to interact while on the game as well.
Benefit Focus: This activity is a foundation for psychological safety. By sharing lighthearted personal details, teams break down social barriers, making it easier to be vulnerable and open in professional settings later on.
Guess The Sketch - One team sketches, the other guesses... creative chaos (and plenty of laughs) guaranteed.
Another classic team game, where players take it in turns drawing an image based off of a random word, then others try to guess what they have drawn.
Guess the sketch is an easy game that everyone can enjoy and participate in. It boosts communication and breaks down barriers, so is perfect to do quickly just before a meeting.
At Teem Camp, we make it easier than ever to play. Leaders don’t have to try to find a platform to play the game on that works well, everything is provided on the platform. As well as this, Teams are split into two sides, this creates healthy competition as both sides compete to see who can understand the others sketches better.
Benefit Focus: This game forces teams to communicate visually and concisely, a skill essential for remote teams that rely on quick diagramming, whiteboarding, and clear asynchronous messages. The split teams also foster friendly competition and team identity.
