Teem Camp – Terms of Use

Welcome to Teem Camp! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Teem Camp website, products, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Teem Camp Ltd is a UK-registered company delivering team-building games, events, and collaborative tools for remote and hybrid teams.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer both free and paid (Premium) plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at checkout.

• Billing is monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan.

• You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are offered for the remaining period.

• Teem Camp reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

5. Premium Plan – Service Commitments
This section applies exclusively to users subscribed to a Teem Camp Premium Plan.
5.1 Service Availability
We aim for 99% monthly uptime for Premium users, excluding planned maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
5.2 Scheduled Maintenance
We may perform updates or maintenance. When downtime is expected, we will provide prior notice where feasible.
5.3 Support Response Times
Premium users receive priority support via email or in-app help form.

• Target first response: within 48 to 72 working hours (Monday–Friday, UK time, excluding public holidays).

• Resolution times may vary by issue complexity.

5.4 Service Credits & Refunds
No compensation is offered for minor interruptions.

• If a full outage exceeds 48 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance or third-party/user-side issues), users may request a 1-week account credit, granted at our sole discretion.

• This does not apply to one-off or bespoke events.

5.5 Revisions to Service Commitments
Teem Camp may revise this section with at least 7 days’ notice provided via email or in-app notification to Premium users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, games, and features are owned by Teem Camp or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without our written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to disrupt the platform. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. Teem Camp may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
10. Limitation of Liability
Teem Camp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
